Landlord Fees

We have three levels of fees depending on what the Landlord requires

7.5% plus VAT Find a Tenant

10% plus VAT Rent Collection

12.5% plus VAT Full Management

We will advertise and find tenants as well as reference and check the tenants in on all levels of fees. 

The Landlord will be responsible for the annual deposit fee charge of £39 plus VAT if the agent holds the deposit and agreements fees of £160 plus VAT which covers both the landlords and tenancy documents.
